You can reduce the resolution of your video, or reduce the quality of the audio. In that way, your video will be smaller. One last thing, the format that you choose to convert it to will also affect the size of the output.

Can you recommand lobang for any ideas / softwares that can compress a 115mb mpeg4 video into a much smaller size (say by 20%-30%).
So as to make it less time-consuming & faster for me to upload to my blog?
